Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations
Once payment has been processed, an order is deemed final and binding. Requesting an order cancellation prior to dispatch may incur administrative or restocking fees as determined at the sole discretion of Muvigo Africa Solutions
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
Timeframe:
The return request must be formally lodged within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Product Condition:
The item must be completely unused, undamaged, fully functional, and in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
Packaging:
The product must remain in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all seals, serial numbers, manuals, and accessories intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with health, safety, and regulatory Quality Management System (QMS) standards:
Certain medical devices, single-use items, sterile supplies, hygiene-sensitive products, and custom-ordered or specialized equipment are strictly non-returnable.
Any items that have been unsealed, opened, used, installed, or altered are ineligible for return or exchange.
4. Assessment and Refund Issuance
All returned items are subject to a mandatory quality and technical inspection upon receipt at our MASmed House facility. Muvigo Africa Solutions reserves the right to evaluate each return on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a full refund; outcome options (including a full refund, partial refund after restocking fees, or product exchange) will be determined following technical assessment.
Return shipping costs and risk during transit remain the responsibility of the client, unless the return is due to a verified supply error or a defective item covered under warranty.
